Jordan Farrell is an attorney at the law firm of Husch Blackwell, LLP in their Milwaukee office. Jordan’s practice focuses on the real estate side of renewable energy development, including utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects.

Julia Prohaska is an independent business consultant working with commercial and non-profit organizations defining long range strategic plans and improving practices in strategy, leadership, marketing, and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Ms. Prohaska spent her career in business including 20 years with locally founded American Girl.

Christa Wagner, PhD, serves as the founding director of the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Center for Sustainability, Health and the Environment (MCW SHE Center).

Elizabeth Feder is a program evaluator and policy analyst at the UW Population Health Institute, working on a range of projects that span public health and health care, including Health Impact Assessments and policy-oriented program evaluations with an emphasis on community mental health and substance use disorders.  She conducts qualitative and mixed-methods evaluations and works

Charles Hua is a Senior Policy Advisor (Contractor) at the U.S. Department of Energy Loan Programs Office, Founder and Executive Director of PowerLines, and Research Affiliate at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.

Since moving to Green Bay in 2000, Celestine has become a part of the fabric of the Green Bay Community. In April of 2006, Celestine became Green Bay’s first African-American Alder.  She served on many committees and in 2008, was re-elected by a 2-to-1 margin.
