MADISON, WI — Clean Wisconsin commends Gov. Tony Evers for selecting Tyler Huebner on Wednesday to serve as Commissioner of the Public Service Commission, filling the seat vacated by former Commissioner Mike Huebsch earlier this year.

Clean Wisconsin President & CEO Mark Redsten made this comment following the governor’s announcement:

“Tyler’s knowledge, experience, and expertise in the energy field will serve him well on the Public Service Commission. He understands where our state’s energy future is headed. He undoubtedly brings a unique perspective that will keep economic and environmental impacts of commission decisions in mind.

“Tyler is someone who will bring the many stakeholders together to find solutions to our energy mix that work for the economy, the environment, and customers.

“We applaud the governor’s selection and look forward to working with Tyler as a commissioner.”
