As the Membership and Outreach Manager, Sarah works with the development team to strengthen membership relationships and coordinate outreach efforts that grow Clean Wisconsin’s community. She first joined the organization as an Environmental Policy Intern, where she developed informational resources for stakeholders.

As Legal & Administrative Assistant, Ashley supports Clean Wisconsin’s legal team and senior staff by coordinating office operations and organizational systems that keep the Madison office running smoothly.

Chlo Baumbach is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in environmental studies and people-environment geography. While at UW-Madison, Chlo was music director of Pitches & Notes, a competitive treble a cappella group.

Rick is an experienced organizer and campaign strategist with experience working on political campaigns in diverse communities at the local, state, and federal levels.

Hannah S. Richerson serves as Clean Wisconsin’s Clean Water Manager. In this position, she is responsible for managing the organization’s critical water quality and quantity work by addressing emerging contaminants, legacy pollutants, and water use.   Hannah’s background is interdisciplinary and justice-focused.

As a Population Health Service Fellow through the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute, Kayla was placed with the organization to develop and build an environmental health initiative that centers public health in Clean Wisconsin’s environmental advocacy and reduces health disparities throughout the state.

As the Clean Buildings Manager, Tom works to shape state and local policy around building decarbonization, electrification and efficiency in Wisconsin. They advocate for programs that support healthy and efficient home upgrades for all Wisconsinites, and they help local governments plan for sustainable growth.

As Stakeholder Engagement Manager, Matt works to ensure there is broad engagement in an initiative to update the building codes in Wisconsin. Prior to joining Clean Wisconsin, Matt served as participatory budgeting manager at the City of Evanston, Illinois.
