Katie Nekola is a native of northwestern Wisconsin. She is responsible for leading Clean Wisconsin’s legal department, overseeing air, water, and energy litigation. Nekola managed our successful challenge to the construction of a new coal plant in southwestern Wisconsin, coordinating legal, media, and organizing campaigns.
As the Development Manager, Ryan is responsible for major gifts, outreach, and member engagement. Ryan aims to ensure that engaged members of Clean Wisconsin are supporting the organization’s mission in a manner they value.
Evan’s work focuses on protecting Wisconsin’s waters. He does this by supporting Clean Wisconsin’s policy experts and lobbyists at the Capitol, and by litigating in state court. In July 2021, Clean Wisconsin won a pair of critical Supreme Court cases, each entitled Clean Wisconsin v.
David joined Clean Wisconsin in 2021. As vice president, he works with the president & CEO to oversee the organization’s operations and development. David leads the organization’s program and government relations department, which establishes the organization’s substantive goals and direction.
Mark Redsten provides vision and guidance to Clean Wisconsin’s growing team as they work to advance environmental policy with far-reaching impacts throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.
