What’s at Stake
By voting to cut federal investments in clean energy, infrastructure and pollution cleanup, some of Wisconsin’s Congressional lawmakers are pushing us toward a dirtier, more expensive future.
The so-called “Big Beautiful Bill” passed by Congress and signed into law by President Trump earlier this year will have some very ugly consequences for Wisconsin. It rips away incentives to help families and businesses save energy, giving huge tax breaks to big oil and gas instead. It dismantles the largest investment to fight climate change in U.S. history and prioritizes expensive coal mining and fracking.
Our federal representatives should be fighting to make our state a safe, healthy and affordable place to live, not cutting investments to fight climate change and support Wisconsin families.
