Charles K. McGinnis has held many roles of increasing leadership and responsibility at various companies engaged in energy management, currently serving as the Vice President–Sales and Marketing, North America at Johnson Controls. He is a graduate of Edgewood High School, Madison Area Technical College, University of Wisconsin Stout and the University of Wisconsin Madison. He believes in the triple bottom line of sustainability, which represents that the intersection of economics (profit), society (people) and the environment (planet) unifies our communities and makes our world a better place for everyone to live, work and play.
Charles and his wife, Patricia, are native Madisonians and have raised their three children in the Madison/Middleton community.
