Our Approach to Environmental Advocacy
Clean Wisconsin is a trusted voice at the Capitol, advancing policies that address the root causes of environmental harm and support long-term resilience. We engage deeply in the legislative process—reviewing bills, educating lawmakers, drafting testimony, and mobilizing residents to speak out. Our work spans a wide range of issues:
- Tackling PFAS contamination in drinking water
- Reducing nitrate pollution from agriculture
- Promoting clean, renewable energy and energy efficiency
- Protecting wetlands, groundwater, and surface water
