Sarah Barry, Director of Government Relations

Sarah serves as Clean Wisconsin’s principal government liaison and directs policy formation and advocacy for the organization. Prior to her work with Clean Wisconsin, Sarah ran an issue advocacy non-profit organization dedicated to energy customers. Over the last decade, Sarah served as Chief of Staff to three Wisconsin state senators and as Legislative Director for the Senate Minority leader in the 2013-14 legislative session. Sarah has been a reliable and confidential advisor to key decision makers in the public sector throughout her career. Her experience with and passion for government and public service spans her twenty-year professional career. Prior to her work in the Wisconsin legislature, Sarah worked as a non-partisan analyst for the State of Wisconsin, the Federal Government, and as a private sector health care consultant. Sarah is a 2001 graduate of the La Follette School of Public Affairs.
