Erik Lincoln is a tribal member of the Ho-Chunk Nation and has been working in the city of Madison for the past two decades. Erik was a project manager for a construction company focused on sustainability, then brought that skillset to the Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison management team. Erik’s initiatives at Ho-Chunk Gaming Madison culminated in Wisconsin’s first smoke-free casino. He is an Mpower Champion, a Yahara Watershed Academy alumni, and recently earned a Badger Bioneer nomination. Erik is a member of the Four Lakes Entertainment District development team, an Olbrich Botanical Society Board member, a member of the City of Monona Landmarks Committee and the Ho-Chunk Heritage Board. He also serves on the Dane County Council on Climate Change.
