Christa Westerberg practices environmental and land use law, open government, and civil rights for a variety of clients, including individuals, nonprofits, media entities, small businesses, and municipalities. On their behalf, Christa has won numerous cases and settlements in a variety of venues, affirming her clients’ right to information, environmental protections, and civil awards. She is also experienced in negotiations, mediation, and other strategies to resolve conflicts.
Christa received a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia summa cum laude and her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin cum laude. She is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and federal venues, including the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Sixth, Seventh, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
