Carl A. Sinderbrand is a partner at the law firm of Axley Brynelson, LLP. His practice focuses on representing municipalities and businesses, including public and private owners, contractors and design professionals, on a wide range of construction, commercial, environmental, and regulatory matters. He has represented parties before regulatory agencies, in arbitrations and trials, and in appellate courts, including several cases in the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Carl received his B.A. from Oberlin College and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Before entering private practice, he served as an Assistant Attorney General, primarily practicing environmental law. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association: Environmental Law Section (Treasurer, Board of Directors), Dane County Bar Association, and American Arbitration Association (arbitrator and mediator). He recently completed three terms (eight years) as a member of the Dane County Lakes and Watershed Commission.
