This event benefits our statewide work protecting and preserving Wisconsin’s clean air, clean water, and natural heritage. This culinary event features a wine pull, live auction, raffle, and our ever-popular cocktail hour with specialty drinks by local mixologists.
Lake Park Bistro
Adam Siegel is the James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef of Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro and he oversees the restaurant group’s entire portfolio of restaurants as Bartolotta’s Corporate Chef.
James Beard Award-winning chef Justin Aprahamian is Executive Chef at Sanford Restaurant, where he keeps the traditions alive and continues to evolve the restaurant’s menu and image.
Peter Sandroni is Executive Chef and owner at La Merenda, a full service casual bar and restaurant featuring small plates from around the world, and Engine Company 3, a renovated firehouse that provides the freshest, sustainable, locally sourced food and drink at a great value.
